Wow, this is really enormous! Have you already considered to publish your Software Code under GPL, perhaps? I’m so interested to have a look inside..
Can you make it faster (in cutting time) if you add more powerful motor to increase RPM of the drill and also make everything more durable? This 2h 24 min seems very long for such a soft material.
And just to make a bit more real, add a small fan that blows off the cut material
now thats funny.
