Very interesting idea and concept. I can definitely see a market for this but this still leaves a few questions.
1) How do you print empty space between objects?
2) Would the python script also record color in the objects so that if I send my creation to a printing company for duplication, they could forward it to a painting company to paint it?
If I make minecraft in minecraft…will it make me minecraft?

@mrmeowmix2300 The scale is determined when you go to print it. If you pay attention at the end, you will see that there are actually 2 companion cubes of different sizes. The max size of a print is determined by your printer.

Is there a way to adjust the scale of the printed object? Because you made a huge companion cube and only got a tiny one printed lol.

Because it’s not. If you ever went to high school (Not saying your didn’t), almost all of them has a 3d printer. Python is a programming language that they used which is 100% capable of doing what they did.

@Muggizz Because we have 3-D printers that allow people to do things like things. You also have to remember this is an MIT project. They are incredibly good with computers. Also, they just need to program their computer to analyze these block combination. The Python uses a certain script to make things.
